Can I get a custom quote if my business doesn't fit a tier?
Absolutely — the pricing tiers are just a starting point. Every business is a little different, so if yours doesn't quite fit the mould, just get in touch and we'll put together something that actually makes sense for you.
Are you available remotely, or only Byron Bay?
We're based in Byron Bay but work with clients all over Australia — fully remotely. Everything runs smoothly online, so whether you're in Sydney, Melbourne, or somewhere in between, we've got you covered.
Do I need to be on a specific accounting software?
We work almost exclusively on Xero. If you're not on it yet, we can help you get set up — it's a great tool once you're across it. If you're currently on something else, just let us know and we can have a chat about the best way to move forward.
